"Ditch the Workout - Join the Party"  - I couldn't resist when I saw this! Little did I know I was getting into the best dance fitness experience to date!  And now, three months later, I am a Zumba Fitness and Zumba Gold Instructor!

 I recently relocated to Arizona from Nebraska.  I am a dance teacher with over ten years experience teaching classical ballet, jazz, and tap to all ages and skill levels.  I performed with Omaha Dance Project Company, a jazz/ballet dance troupe, for three years.  I am also a registered nurse.

 The best part of Zumba is "getting lost in the music."  With no counting or complicated steps to focus on, you really are able to become one with the music. When I am finished with the "party", I feel so alive and energized - it's unbelievable!

 My focus here in the west valley is "partying" with beginners, active, older adults, and those who haven't exercised recently. I hope to see you at a "party" soon!
