Dance has been my passion since as far back as I can remember. As a little girl I would make up dances in my living room and show my family. As I got older I was involved in all different dance styles and I competed with a dance team until I graduated high school. After high school I had a hard time finding a place where I could continue practicing and learning more. My mom ordered the Zumba DVDs from TV and from the first time she watched them she began telling me that this was something I needed to get into. In March of 2008 I went out to Flagstaff and got certified and I have never looked back. Zumba is my connection to the passion I have always had for dance. I think it is a great way to express yourself, have a great time and get a fantastic workout without even realizing it. I want to continue to grow with Zumba and spread the love I have for it with anyone who comes to take my class! |
